Shipping Policy

Brittany Michelle Designs offers shipping in the USA. Shipping options are available for you to select upon check out. We ship USPS Priority which ships within 5 business days after the completion of your order. All orders are shipped to you from Georgia. Brittany Michelle Designs is not responsible for the direct handling of your order once it has been shipped and is not liable for the order if it has been damaged by the shipper or the customer. 

Please take a moment to ensure you provide an accurate shipping address. Brittany Michelle Designs is not responsible for shipments that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided. If a package is returned back to us, the customer is responsible for any "return to sender" fees incurred as well as the necessary re-shipment cost.

Ready Made Designed Products: Priority shipping options are available for you to choose from upon check out. All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation with tracking information by email to the email address you provided. 

In the rare occurrence that your order appears to have arrived damaged, please take pictures of the packaging prior to opening it. In addition, take pictures of the damaged product as well. Such incidents will be reviewed and addressed on a case by case basis. 

​Custom Orders: After our initial consultation, I will obtain a shipping estimate based on the size and weight of your product. Shipping estimates are usually very accurate but you will be notified should there be an unexpected shipping cost increase from the carrier. 

Brittany Michelle Designs does not mark  up any shipping costs. Your product(s) will be shipped after approximately 5-7 business days after completion.

My shipping provider exercises great care to properly package your product(s). However, we do insure your shipment to add an extra level of protection and peace of mind. If your new art piece were to arrive in what happens to be a damaged box, please take pictures of the packaging prior to opening it. It is very important that you do not dispose of the box or any packaging until we speak. Also, please take pictures of the damaged area and send this information to us via email at so that we can properly initiate filing a claim for the damaged product.
